You Are Enough As You Are

Why Are We Always Trying to Improve Ourselves? Why does it feel like we’re constantly supposed to be bettering ourselves? It’s everywhere—fitness challenges, productivity tips, career success stories. We’re told that self-improvement is a lifelong journey, but is it necessary? Do we need to keep pushing ourselves to be “better,” or are we already enough? The pressure to constantly improve can be overwhelming. It’s like we’re never allowed to just exist; we always have to be striving for something more. But does that really lead to happiness, or does it just leave us exhausted and never fully satisfied?
